He’s right. If you closed your arms a bit you could have a slightly higher knee lift. With a higher knee lift you could be able to get your toe up and stop landing flat at the bottom of your stride. In this vid you are “pancaking” with your foot and not getting much drive out of your calf.
at about 3:10 he hits full stride. notice where his foot is in relationship to hips at contact…directly underneath.

that’s mean…what can you do about your arms being too long? I mean, gosh. You were just genetically cursed. I wonder what Mr. Yum would have to say about that.
